Shipping & Returns

All domestic shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

International shipments are sent via DHL or USPS, as selected by the customer at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $250.

Processing times are typically 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or customs for international orders.

Customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees for international shipments.

 

Return Policy

As a small business producing limited, small-batch collections, we are unable to accommodate refunds at this time. Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store Credit & Exchanges

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive either a store credit code or an exchange confirmation. Store credit is valid for one calendar year from the issue date.

Exceptions / Final Sale

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Vintage pieces

  • Sale/markdown items

  • Gift cards
